Aditya Singhal is a post graduate in commerce, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a qualified Information Systems Auditor and has also completed diploma in IFRS from ACCA – UK along with IFRS certification course from ICAI.
He has more than 11 years rich and varied experience, in the field of accounting, auditing, finance planning & budgeting. He has exposure in dealing with all aspects of Indian Accounting Standards, US GAAP & IFRS accounting and corporate reporting. He also has wide exposure and experience in corporate practices and management.
He started his career with IBM India in the year 2002 as an Industrial Trainee and by 2008 he was elevated to Finance Manager where he was the primary contact & responsible for supporting IBM ITD Global Delivery [ITD-GD] business leaders and to ensure statutory compliances of ITD- GD- India related to recoveries & accrual of cost and finalizing labour rates along with financials planning & Budgeting for ITD-GD- India. Currently he is working as Assistant Finance Controller with Cambridge Solutions Limited- Xchanging Group Company and steering operations of off-shore accounting & reporting system relating to biggest F&A client – Sedgwick- CMS in US and also implemented IFRS during Xchanging take-over and consolidation of USA operations financial with group company financials.
In addition to above he is also associated with the leading IFRS consultancy firms/institutes in different positions.
